A:     Traditional Turkey with buttered pancetta sprouts, honey glazed parsnips & carrots, garlic & thyme roast potatoes and a rich port sauce

B:     15 hour stout-braised beef feather blade with horseradish mash, cavolo nero, and crispy parsnip hay

C:     Mushroom, spinach & Stilton Wellington with burnt butter fondant potato, tenderstem broccoli and a roasted shallot & thyme jus 

Desserts 

1:      Christmas Pudding with thick brandy cream

2:      Classic tiramisu
